 The researches made on mice have shown that fast food diet makes brain aging process faster. Animals that were fed with high fat and sugar diet have problems with solving the maze much earlier that those ones that were fed with normal food. The fact is that fast food not only affects mice brains but human too and it leads to premature brain diseases. Maybe reduction of fast foods consumption can prevent Alzheimer and other dementia illnesses that are becoming  to be diseases of 21st century.
