 When I was at work at Friday, I was forced to serve one customer who was obviously not in the good mood. I've decided to smile, though. At first he wasn't even a bit nice to me but when I came back to his table third time with the same expression on face, I can promise I saw him smiling a little. The power of smile always made a huge impression on me. It doesn't cost anything and we can give it away to people endlessly but we don't do that. This example is just one situation but it happens a lot more often when the mimic of your face is contagious and can completely change somebody's day. Next time you'll see a person looking sad or even angry just smile. It won't make you lose anything but will give a shine of happiness to the other one.
