reflections#7

 Yesterday I was in cafe where the waitress was from Ukraine and could barely speak Polish and English but she was smiling a lot and acted really nice to all of the customers. I was surprised how brave she is to work as someone who needs to speak that much while not knowing the language ( I know that Polish and Ukrainian are similar but I still admire her). People are so stressed about work that they think that the lack of some abilities automatically makes them unable to get job. She is the proof that having great personality and being hard-working can cover up some disadvantages. I don't say that it works every time or in every situation but here she was doing her best and no one paid attention to the fact she couldn't speak Polish. Maybe if we all stop worrying about what we can't do and see what we can our lives would be easier.
