Addicted of chewing gum

Everyone of us at least once were accused by teacher of chewing gum on his lesson. But what if we could told them that we were just in a very first stage of creating an awesome sculpture?
After II World War American soliders came to Europa with a new trend - gum chewing. Pig pigment in a gum fastly became an inspiration for lot of artists.
Maurizio Savini was the first sculptor who used chewing gum base to made his artworks. His first sculptures fell apart 3 months after he had sold them. He was so suprised when he understood that he must gave back all of the money that he earned. Honestly, he spend it all then. He noticed that the high sugar content in a bubble gum had destroyed the foundation. Now, he conserve it with chemicals so they won't melt. He must chew all of the gums that the sculpture is made for, otherwise he won't be able to use them as a modeling clay and they'll be too hard.
So, if someone sees him on a street, chewing gum- will it be the act of rudeness or of creativity?

  1. T thought chewing gum was actually quite durable, judging from what can be found attached to the bottom side of chairs and desks in classrooms.
Did you really mean 'pig pigment'?

  2. Oh, I don't mean "pig pigment". That's a mistake, here should be "pink pigment"
